Inquire About Our Services
A few of the administrative duties we perform as your property manager include collection of monthly rents, managing security deposits, generating monthly and annual owner statements, processing applications and ensuring proper lease documentation. All tenants are screened for their Criminal, Credit, and Income Verification.
As your property manager, we will respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests, including 24/7 emergency support, lease renewal for tenants, written and verbal communication of policy changes and coordinate and deliver all necessary notices pertaining to eviction or termination of the lease. We send communication e-mails with the tenants and tell them how to take care of the property during our 4 different seasons.
Maintenance and Repairs+
We will handle all maintenance and repair issues on the property so you don’t have to, including coordinating with contractors for repairs or preventative maintenance issues, plus handle all billing and receipt documentation. We verify all Vendors' licenses that are appropriate to their trade. We check their Liability Insurances. We also check them out on Angie’s List, Home Advisor, and the Better Business Bureau to be sure consumers are happy with them.
Move in/Move out+
Move in and move out inspections will be handled by Martin Property Management and will be coordinated with the tenant, including leasing documentation.
Burlington Area Information
It is believed that Burlington takes its name from the English town of Bridlington, Yorkshire but this has never been confirmed[n 1] . It was first settled in 1641 and was officially incorporated on February 28, 1799; several of the early homesteads are still standing, such as the Francis Wyman House, dating from 1666. The town is sited on the watersheds of the Ipswich, Mystic, and Shawsheen rivers. In colonial times up through the late 19th century, there was industry in the mills along Vine Brook, which runs from Lexington to Bedford and then empties into the Shawsheen River.
