Do you charge the tenant a security deposit? What about a pet fee?

Yes. Our policy is that the security deposit is typically one month's rent. Any damage remains the tenant’s responsibility.

How do you ensure the tenant is taking care of my property?
We personally go to the property periodically to be sure everything in the home inside and out is in good condition.  If it is not, we will let you know.  If there are recommendations for improvement, we will address that with you.

How do you Market my Property?

We market through MSL, our website and listed on over 50 websites.

How Do you Send Payment?
We process all payment via ACH and owners receive their funds before the 15th of the month. 

What are the tenant qualifications?
The tenant must pass a strict Criminal, Credit, and Employment criteria.

What Bills do you pay? What bills don’t you pay?
We will pay whatever bills you would like us to.

When do you distribute Owner Payments?
We pay the owner as soon as we get the tenant’s payment.

Who Holds the Security Deposit?
In most instances, we hold the security deposit in an interest bearing account in tenant’s name.
