Meet the Team
Scott Martin » Broker/Owner
In 2011, Scott Martin founded Martin Property Management, LLC with family members. He is a graduate of New Hampshire College and holds a BS in Small Business Management. Scott grew up in Middlesex County and has been a Real Estate investor for 20+ years. Scott and others oversee and participate in the day to day operations of the company. Scott is a licensed Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Arleen Hintlian » Property Manager
Arleen works in our family owned business with her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Emily Martin. She has 18 years of experience as an Office Manager. She brings to us her computer skills and customer service. Arleen anticipates problems and is able to resolve them before they appear. She quickly recognizes the needs of the tenants. Arleen is dedicated to improving the rental experience for both owners and tenants.
Sophia Hirsch-Gonzaga » Property Manager
Sophia joined the Martin Property Management team this year. She brings her customer service experience to the group. Working closely with both tenants and owners she aims to make and grow client relationships. Additionally, Sophia works on the marketing side for Martin Property Management. Sophia’s primary responsibilities will be showings, move in’s, inspections & customer satisfaction.
Tania Torres » Property Manager
Tania just joined the Martin Property Management team. Her customer service experience will make sure our clients are having the best experience with us. She will be having several responsibilities in her role in which she will excel at and provide her maximum effort.
Sam Borbolla » Property Manager
Sam is our newest property manager. His areas of expertise are customer service, maintenance direction, project management, and marketing. He will be most likely sending you an email with important updates or calling you to review any additional information you deem important. His straight approach to overcoming challenges makes him the ideal person to go to when something needs to get done and done well.
